About Regan Consulting

We are a husband and wife team supported by five dedicated associates. Our business is leadership and organisation development. We work mostly with large, high-profile organisations across aerospace, central and local government, education, healthcare, leisure and manufacturing.

We and our associates have extensive senior management experience within the public and private sectors, and our combined consultancy experience is about 85 years. Client feedback over the years proves that we are excellent at finding workable, cost-effective solutions to real OD problems. Most of our work tends to be bespoke but we also offer:

A range of leadership and trainer-training programmes and assessment / development centres. Most of our training programmes are externally accredited by The Institute of Leadership and Management or Investors in People UK.
NVQ preparation and assessment (Management to level 5, Personnel to level 4, Learning & Development to level 4).
Advice and (through our partner the East Midlands Quality Centre) assessment against Investors in People and other quality standards.
